Our refund and returns policy lasts 30 days from the date of purchase. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a full refund or exchange.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email. You will also be informed whether your refund has been approved or rejected.
If approved, the refund will be processed and automatically applied to your original method of payment within a certain timeframe (depending on your bank/payment provider).

If the item was marked as a gift and shipped directly to you, you will receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or the order was shipped to the gift giver, we will send a refund to the original purchaser.
